Recipe | Pesto Pizza with Roasted Red Peppers, Cremini Mushrooms & Asparagus


Super excited! Even though the weather and sun and longer days are fine, it’s the gardening I’m actually psyched about. Last summer was our initial as homeowners and that I was finally able to grow a variety of herbs to cook with mere steps from my kitchen. Oh , the community garden plot I was fine, but it’s not the same as being able to open the door, catch some basil, and start cooking. (This year, I’ve put two Genovese basil plants again and also holy basil and lemon basil–so get ready for a great deal of basil recipes soon!) As I do in the end of summer, I decided to make a big batch of pesto and freeze it in mini muffin tins to work with through the winter.
